What is Capoeira?
Capoeira is a unique Brazilian sports, which include items such as dance, martial, combines Live music, acrobatics, and community.
Capoeira was developed from afro-Brazilian slaves, and a UNESCO world heritage site. The peculiarity lies in the Central roles of music and rhythm as an energy sources. All participants take part in the Singing and playing Music. The variety of components and the Freestyle nature to give each Person something you can bring to your individuality and your personal interests.
What children learn in Capoeira?
Treating each other with respect, there are no winners or losers; the joy of the common sports, and the movement is in the foreground. Self-awareness is promoted through mastery of the body. Capoeira is very diverse, dance moves, acrobatics and music – various talents are encouraged.
Briefly describe your way in this sport
As a child, I was gymnastics to be very active in the art and Breakdancing was an important part of me. When I saw Capoeira for the first Time, I was impressed by the elegant Mix of the two sports and tied up by that energy. In the meantime, I'm a Trainer, and Capoeira is a big part of my life. I have the 1. and 2. Instructors-in-training, in two different embossed Unite completed.
How did you get in our district centre? What motivates you, here are a Training offer?
From well-Known I became on the district centre of attention. There are parents in the district, the wait for a children's training in Capoeira, but in Winterthur, there was until now. In the headquarters of many families with children from different cultures. In planning for refugees.
What else do you do in your spare time?
I am a passionate Surfer and dancer (Breakdance, Salsa ...). I'm very happy with lots of friends and very enterprising. I've been working at Festivals and Open-Airs on a voluntary basis and to accompany and support refugees.
You go on trips? If Yes, where?
I travel with my Van the waves along and visits to Europe and people from the Capoeira.
What it takes for a good friendship?
Respect, Trust, Honesty, And Acceptance. You must also be able to laugh at yourself.
Character traits of yours?
Cheerful, energetic, sensitive, funny.
What makes you happy?
If I can not get into situations. Just be me.
What you wouldn't do for a lot of money?
I would not do anything that matches my values, I need to see a meaning behind it.
What's your favorite meal?
Rich Breakfast
What music do you listen to most and why?
This is due to the emotion, I like to dream with music.
