The renovation will not start in January 2027 as originally reported, but in March 2027, which is why we are postponing the date for the rental stop to February 1, 2027.

We are pleased to inform you that the The city Council, Winterthur the application for the transformation of our district centre Gutschick-Matt Bach unanimously approved. This decision means a lot to us and is an important step for the further development of our district. It is particularly pleasing that the additional credit was granted for the carriage house.
The conversion starts in January, 2027. So that we can start on time with the preparations for, we need to hire as early as the 7. December 2026 stop. We ask you for your understanding, while we control our inventory to the temporary location.
After the completion of the renovation work and we look forward to our Renting salute in the newly designed space. We are convinced that the new rooms will provide many opportunities to enrich the neighborhood life.
