On the well-kept outdoor location, a children's Playground, a public barbecue area, benches and a large Sports field for all sorts of activities, such as football or Frisbee, and a Ping-Pong are-table is free to use.
Our large Veranda is equipped as standard.
Also, we have to exert a large forecourt to the spring ball, common games, or other activities. Chalk for the kids, is expressly prohibited.
The district Association Gutschick-Mattenbach rents out different rooms. These rooms are well equipped and can be used for parties, meetings, training sessions, Workshops, exhibitions and more.

In the period from 20.07.2026 to 16.08.2026 the district centre for rentals remains closed.
In the period from 21.12.2026 to 27.12.2026 the district centre for rentals remains closed.
Ab dem 01.02.2027 können wir keine Vermietungen im Quartierzentrum mehr durchführen. Grund dafür ist der geplante Start des Umbaus (ab 01.03.2027) und der Umzug (ab 01.02.2027) in das Provisorium an der Hörnlistrasse.
Während der Bauzeit können wir aber im Provisorium auch Räume vermieten. Welche und wie viele das sind, wird im Laufe des Jahres hier publiziert.

The Depot is CHF 250.- and to bring the keys in the Bar.
In rare cases, it is possible (max. 1 hour before the start of the rental), as we look but also always, that you get as a tenant of the space in the best possible condition, it may be that we need to clean the room before. You can arrange the appointment for key collection with us.
We have no direct phone number for the rental, as the area is shared between several people. You can reach us via the contact form. For renting the space to choose, just ask the rental date and in the text box, your message. For questions, please go to the tab "The Association".
We only have a few Parking spaces for all the tenants there. We recommend that you recommend to your guests arrival by public TRANSPORT. Otherwise there is Parking in the underground garage of the Win4, these are chargeable.
